Right of withdrawal

As a customer of Mobify, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the law on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises. The right of withdrawal only applies if the product is in unchanged condition, but you have a legal right to handle the product to the extent required to be able to ensure its properties and function. The product must be returned to Mobify in its original packaging and with any accessories. The customer is responsible for the risk of return shipping, the risk includes, among other things, that the product is damaged or lost during shipping. The customer is responsible for shipping costs upon return. Mobify pays the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods. Mobify will refund the purchase amount paid no later than 14 days after the returned product has benefited Mobify.


Notification of defects in the product must be submitted within a reasonable time from the time you as a customer discovered, or should have discovered the defect. The right to make a complaint expires in any case after 3 years. In the event of a complaint, contact

Force majeure

Force majeure are events beyond Mobify's control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen and which lead to Mobify or the customer being released from obligations in concluded agreements. Events that are included there are, for example, wars, natural disasters, labor market conflicts, government decisions and similar events.
