Delivery

If what you have ordered is in stock, you normally have your delivery within 2-4 working days. Longer delivery times may occur during periods of high load, stock shortages or other delays from our suppliers.

If you do not redeem your package, we will charge SEK 299

Deliveries are made with Post Nord. We have free shipping no matter how much you order.

Once we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us via e-mail with all information.

Deliveries are made by Post Nord to your nearest postal agent or directly home. When the package has arrived at the agent, an SMS will be sent to you for collection.

If a delivery delay has occurred, we will contact you via email. As a customer, you then have the right to cancel the purchase if you notify support@mobify.se in writing. We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.

If a transport damage has occurred, you are responsible for reporting the damage to Mobify within a reasonable time. We ask you to contact support@mobify.se as soon as possible for instructions. It is important that you inspect your products that are not delivered directly. You must not use a damaged product and you must save the packaging.

If you discover a transport damage, please contact support@mobify.se Please take photos of the transport damage and attach them to the email.
